Continuing my posting before Life Begins at 40 , I will share my timeline.

For all the processing, I got help from the Lawyer since I’m non immigrant has entered USA legally but lives overstayed in this country. The lawyer asked me to complete I-693 first before, then we can send all the application together.

These are my mandatory fees, beside the fee for my lawyer:

• Family Sponsorship Form I-130 $ 535
• Green Card Application Form I-485 $ 1,140
• Financial Support Form I-864 $ 0
• Work Permit Application Form I-765 $ 0
• Travel Permit Application Form I-131 $ 0
• Bio-metrics $ 85
• State Department Processing (fee not required)
• USCIS Immigrant Fee (fee not required)
• Medical Examination I-693 $ 200

Here are my timeline so far:

07/11/19 Sent the application by mail I-485, I-130, I-864, I-765, I-693
07/15/19 USCIS received my case I-485, I-130, I-765
07/25/19 Receiving I-797C by mail for I-485, I-130, I-765 case
08/03/19 Receiving I-797C by mail for bio-metrics schedule
08/12/19 Walking-in for bio-metrics
08/13/19 USCIS completed the review of my fingerprints for my I-485 and I-765

I think enough for now, but I’ll make an update until finish guys.
