Yahgoil and Western Union Encourages The Internet Fraud Criminals ???

I wish all Government in all countries will care about this problems and take action on it to protect all the citizens. We must do something against the internet frauds criminals, at least we must protect our self first by using all information about internet frauds criminals. All people should take action before too late.
